Order Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. To ensure fairness and protect the interests of both parties, we have established the following order cancellation policy.

Free Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please submit your cancellation request through customer service or your order management page within this time period.

Late Cancellation & Processing Fee (24–72 Hours)

For cancellation requests made more than 24 hours but within 3 days (72 hours) after placing the order, a 10% processing fee of the total order amount will be applied.

This fee covers administrative costs and logistics preparation that begin shortly after the order is placed.

Cancellations After 3 Days

Requests to cancel an order more than 3 days after the order has been placed will not be accepted. The order will continue to be processed and shipped as scheduled.

If the cancellation request is due to a seller-related issue (such as shipping errors or product quality concerns), the cancellation or refund will be handled separately based on the situation.

Cancellation Procedure

  • Contact our customer service team promptly, or submit a cancellation request through your account’s order page.
  • Once the cancellation request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
  • Any applicable processing fees will be deducted automatically before refund issuance.

Important Notes

This cancellation policy applies only to cancellation requests initiated by the customer.

For cancellations caused by seller-related issues (incorrect product, shipping errors, quality issues), refund or compensation arrangements will be handled separately.
