Installation Instruction: How to install Audi Q3 Ambient Light

This installation tutorial will show you how to install Audi Q3 2019+ OEM fit ambient light, upgrade the car with 32 colors ambient light.

• Q3 ambient light (left dashboard light 1pc, right dashboard light 1pc, front / rear foot light 4pcs,
  contour light + handle light + storage box light each door 3pcs, saddle light 2pcs, center console
  cup holder light 2pcs), total 22pcs
• Door contour l ight, cup holder light and saddle light use original light strip
• Need to do coding to activate original ambient light menu

Door light installation

1, Door light diodes position cable connects to module port 2 (Module port 1 is stock port, no need connect cable)
2, Pry out decoration board

3, Remove screws then take out door panel
4, Install product handle light to original handle light case, then install back to original position

5, Make a hole in stroage box position and install storage box light, remove contour light panel, install product light board to original light case
6, Take out door panel socket, pull out the socket and connect to product socket (just convert power and gnd cable)

Cup holder and saddle light installation

1, Saddle light installation position
2, Remove the saddle, and install the light board to original cup holder and saddle position

3, Remove saddle
4, Remove the screws on both side of saddle

5, Remove the screws on backside of the saddle
6, Take out saddle, install the light pcb to original light strip position

Foot light installation

Install product foot light to original foot light position

Dashboard light installation

Light strip push into to original gap and connect the light source

Power cable connection

1, Remove original glove box, take out original grey 12PIN socket, convert to product CAN cable
2, Power cable fuse connect to driver side fuse box BATT position, GND connect to car body

Control box port defintion

Menu operation

1, Go to interior lighting – color menu, can adjust ambient light color
2, Breathing mode: choose color the #30 last white color, wait 40s the color will change automatically

Test, Resotre

1, Turn on car, check if all lights work, if all lights not work, check if power cable is connected correctly, and light source cable if connected well
2, If light strip is dark, check if light source is plugged to correct position
3, When all function works correctly, restore all parts
